You could use this app to just simply track your mood but if you dig a little deeper, and add more info, you really start discovering things about yourself. I've been using it for a while now and I'm slowly learning things about myself. Honestly, I'd give more stars if I could. Thanks for making it.

I’ve had some Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the past and this app provides CBT without having to see the therapist. It gives you a deep understanding of how your thoughts can directly effect your mood and emotions. Explaining how to look at your beliefs from a different and positive perspective, resulting in a more positive mood and outlook. It works well for me, highly recommended!

This is the first serious app I have purchased. I tend to forget or feel too low to bother writing my moods down. This app gently reminds me and it takes 10 seconds to log your mood. Also, I emailed for support regarding an issue with exporting my data. I didn’t really expect a response yet I did get a response and it was very helpful! - the best £3.99 I’ve spent in 2017.
  • Some ideas for improvements

Generally, the app is amazing is helping like a CBT and positive psychology therapy and diary. As I have ADHD, Dyslexia and generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), I would like to suggest a few improvements for the app: 1) Have a few words about each feeling because most of the time I am getting confused with the differences between specific feelings that have similar meaning. 2) it would be amazing to add the option of adding more tips about the traps that are focused in the interaction between the feelings and the traps. 3) can you please please make an IPad app with full resolution it would be amazing! And last it would be nice to make the option of mini daily or week bullet Journal. I hope that you will see my suggestions and consider them. Thank you in advance!

Pretty good. Easy to use. Nice little diary for moods. More feedback, advice and guidance would be better and maybe analysis of moods would be good. Gets a little bit repetitive.

I use this on my iPad. I like the suggestions and the encouragement to regularly review your mood and advice on how to improve it. I like that it’s a one off payment rather than subscription, which some other apps have. Is there a plan for an iPad version? It’s a bit clunky on that big screen. I would give 5 stars if there was. Thanks!

I found this app useful in helping me to identify a thinking patterns and at reinforcing good habits since recording the effect these have on mood can help with motivation. However in some situations and especially after a bereavement it annoyed by giving me no option other than that I could think about things in a more helpful way. Sometimes the most healthy thing you can do is to feel accept and respect your feelings. It’s an aid to self reflection with some negative feelings if you suspect you have unhelpful thinking patterns so not a waste of time but a bit simplistic
