    I just downloaded the app and you have to pay to work out with £3.45/week its a waste of money and I would never recommend it to any unless you like losing money

    Accidentally bought a subscription, and although I’m willing to pay for good apps, £3.49 for ONE WEEK subscription is absolutely shocking. Your app does less than most free exercise apps.

    Great app, I like how you get the rest days and not as many reps after a high rep day etc. Well balanced and easy to follow and build up muscle, especially when combined with the gym.
