    This app is leaps and bounds ahead of the app I was previously using with seamless Apple Watch integration and a more user friendly interface. Also the generated workouts seem pretty good. Not been using it long enough to be 100% but so far the combination of weight and reps seems spot on. Enough to push me but not more than I can handle

    Videos are spot on, makes a huge difference with unfamiliar exercises. The workouts are actually challenging. Load time and responsiveness critical and you’re doing great on that front. Love the design. Love the concept. Thank you for your hard work. I’ll submit any bug reports of I find any!

    After a hiccup in getting set up as an elite member, I am pleased to invite this app into the gym with me. It's nice to have an app that tracks workouts how I want it to. Works around fatigued muscle groups, and works around a busy gym with the replace feature!

    I don't normally review but I've tried loads of different fitness/workout apps and this app quite simply ticks all the right boxes. I've been using this app for a few months now and think it's fantastic. Overall it's brilliant and worth a try.

    I’ve been hitting the gym on and off for 10 years and my biggest issues were always motivation, guidance and boredom. I would for for a few months, see results then get complacent or got sick of my routines. Fitbod not only mixes up my workouts but pushes me to try new exercises I’m uncomfortable or unfamiliar with. The step by step instruction for each exercise is well written, the video demos are done well and it makes a massive difference to me wanting to go work out. With the elite paid service you can even tell them what machines your gym or home lacks so it can plan around it and it syncs your workout data to your health app! Perfect for a person like mewho just needs a little extra push in the tight direction. Thank you guys, you made a big difference to me.

    Not a bad app, Gymaholic has more exercises and has a better watch companion but lacks the full Strava integration. If you want the integration then go for it, otherwise Gymaholic is better.
  • Rubbish don't waste your time

    Far too complicated to navigate, workout doesn't flow, film clips on a matter of seconds and exercise advice from the 1990's. Set up by tech people not fitness people as advice is all incorrect.
