Love this app, have done bbg before but having this app with everything in it is so useful. Wish it was a one off payment though like the pdf version. Feel a bit cheated having got previous pdf versions and then end up paying monthly for this as well. Luckily got this 12 week challenge for the £1 offer! Fantastic deal!! Only thing I would like adding is a warm up routine beforehand and the cool down starts the timer straight away doesn’t give you chance to get into stretch position. But they are personal preferences and I reckon they’ll arrive in an update soon enough.

Good app, shows your progress and easy to follow the videos, but you can’t seem to add in exercise you have done earlier in the week - only for that day. Also, I took it out on my phone for the second time but can’t open my re-opened account on other devices. Ok but needs some improvements.

I love using this app and I recently changed from BBG to body and mind. However since I have switched programs there seems to be an issue with the activity tracker. Every Monday is one week behind, for example today it is showing the Monday for last week and so on each week. This is frustrating when tracking my progress so it would be great if this glitch could be fixed ASAP. Apart from that it’s a great app

Just started out using the app and it keeps booting me out. Then when I try and log back in it tells me my login is incorrect. I have to shut my phone down and restart in order for it to work again. I have the latest version etc... really frustrating!!
  • What exactly is a Bosuu and why is this so expensive?

Even gyms in real life here in Devon don't cost this much. It's extortion in the form of iap and my mum has Alzheimer's and signed up when she was confused and they took over £300!from her account. It was her fault yes but not her fault that they charge so dam much for this. It's not like the instructor visits you is it? And why does a 51 year old need to bye so much equipment after this app told her she needs nothing to do these work outs. What exactly is a BOSUU? Apparently my mother must have one ??🤣💯 I wonder how many people signed up on the first of January for this and forgot to cancel before February's cash is taken?

I’m a big fan of the BBG and Kayla Itsines, and have used the BBG before. I thought I’d download the Sweat app as it’d be easier than using the PDF files in the gym. When I created my account on the app, I chose the 7 day free trial. After having a look at the app for half an hour or so, I decided it wasn’t for me (I preferred the circuits in the PDF) so I went into my Apple Store account to cancel the subscription. There, I saw that I’d been charged £89.99 (for an annual subscription), even though I’d specifically chosen the 7 day free trial. I thought I’d just misread the page, but an hour later I received an invoice from Apple for the £89.99. I immediately contacted the company through the Sweat app, but a week later, still haven’t received any indication that they’ve even read my query. I contacted Apple as well after I received the invoice, and they immediately refunded me. Great service from Apple, and pretty disgusting service from Kayla Itsines and her app. I’d suggest that people are really wary of the whole ‘trial’ side of this, please make sure you’re not charged for a year’s subscription! If you are, contact Apple, because the Sweat app team are totally unreachable.
