Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.     I absolutely love this I’ve only been using it for a week but feel amazing and starting to see small results from Jens home workout plan! The 8min ab blast is also brilliant which I’ve worked into my workout before work each morning! 5*
  • Support is rubbish

    Picked the 3 month package and once it reverted from the free week to this Apple has charged me but the app does not recognise my status. Asked a question via the app no answer. Just keeps saying away first 7hrs. Then once 7hrs up, 30min for the next 8hrs

    One of the best apps I've ever seen. You've got so many plans to choose from, you can't get bored. Also the ' moderators ' always try to sort out any problems you may have when using the app.

    This is a killer program if your looking to build size, strength and form a sculpted physique. The sessions are brutal and if done with correct form and weight your left with nothing more to give after each gym visit. Mike O'Hearn also offers some great tips around diet, rest, form and how to get the best out of each routine as the 12 week plan progresses so your constantly challenging yourself. Would recommend this app and exercise routine. It in comes in on a great price plan with various payment options to suit your needs and there's even a free 7 day no risk trial period. Finally thanks to Mr O'Hearn for the free diet plan!

    This is great, it has videos and written explanation for each move. I bought the year version as I plan on doing a lot of the plans included (so many for males and females). Can't fault!

    The most frustrating part is you can't select a date to start your workouts, manually. or amend a workout / rest day. Please add this in the next update! Thanks
