    Not sure I understand why a meditation app uses a chaotically fast guitar fingerpicking intro for EVERY session I heard, and has a guy guiding the sleep session who talked fast and furious - do some more market research!

    I’m a man using different apps for different parts of my life. The true is in a past I tried to use so many different apps for meditation but just Simple Habis accomplished truly remarkable way for you to get to the right state. Highly recommend!!!

    This app is great for those just starting to realise the benefits of meditation. The On The Go options are particularly useful and I’ve found there is a lot on offer, just within the standard (non-Premium) subscription (especially compared to competitors). I am still searching, however, for a meditation apps that gives the option to block out any messages/mails/calls. There’s nothing worse than trying to find calm and being interrupted by a buzzing or pinging! It’d be nice to see this as an option (e.g. activate do not disturb mode when app is in use) in future updates.

    Thoroughly enjoy this app and use it every day without fail. My only criticism is that the sessions are too short at 5 mins, I do two every day as 10 is more my thing but it's annoying I can't be mindful for the full 10mins as have to turn a new session on I also find some of the people giving the sessions really aggravating. Very monotone and unfeeling some are

    I was looking for an app to help start mindfulness. This was top rated and only seemed to require an email. I duly signed up and started a 7 day introductory course which was great. I then moved on to a 31 day challenge on the free tier. I’m on day 28 which I’ve had to skip as it’s now locked and premium only even though I’d already started it! This is not a free app!
