  • I can’t express myself.

Being a student, this really makes me distracted from school. It’s an amazing way to learn how to hack or program. Thank you so much for creating this.
  • Not very good at explaining.

    By RMCaird
The app doesn’t seem particularly good at explaining why you would use a certain piece of code in a given situation. There is also no consequence for getting a question wrong - it tells you why you are wrong, but then moves on to the next question. It would be nice if some questions were based on scenarios. For example, one question asks about using a class vs. a structure. If you choose ‘Human’ as a structure it says the answer is wrong as humans are too complicated for a structure, but doesn’t show any code relating to a human... The app seemingly fails to point out when you should use certain code and just shows you some multiple choice options and you need to take a best guess. I have (almost) completed the swift coding course, but do not feel I have learned anything - I learned far more from swift playgrounds that has you write code and solve problems and not choose a multi-choice question. I find this app more akin to a book, but unfortunately a book that poorly explains things. Maybe the other courses will be more useful. Perhaps it comes down to learning styles, but this app doesn’t work for me and I feel I have wasted almost £50.
  • You have to pay to learn something

The app dose not teach you anything without paying
  • Expensive to keep up

I loved the idea of this and thought it would be a helpful thing to understand and be able to put on a cv that I have learnt a little. However £46 a year is too much. I would have happily paid £46 as a one off payment or ‘contract’ where once it was paid monthly for a year you could log in whenever in the future but multiple payments of that much is not possible for me, or, it seems.. most of the users.

I love this, I've always had an interest in computers and codes
  • ‘‘Twas good

Helps you with coding information just you might wanna have money for membership 😐😐
  • Massive Potential; Inadequate Pricing Model

    By Roketeon
Downloaded this app rather randomly and slowly began looking up coding and wanted to use this app to help. Would 110% have entered into a monthly subscription, even at more than £3.83 currently, but I flat out refuse to spend £45 on a year subscription. As I say, not against paying, but £45 for a very brief, very limited selection of lessons - can’t justify that spending.
  • Fantastic! But one wee suggestion...

    By Bocky Clork
Thanks so much for the hard work guys you have done a fantastic job with this app! I’ve tried quite a few other coding apps but this one is the best by far! The only thing I would suggest adding is a consequence for failure. When you get something wrong it still goes ahead even if you don’t fully understand the context of the question. So maybe having it like a game where if you get a few questions wrong you fail the section and have to start over? Like Memrise, this allows you to go back and further develop your understanding.
  • Bring back BLACK

    By BoomerKC
The ability to switch from bright to black screen was excellent. Shame you took away a feature. Stopped using the app at that point. Felt like you had gone backwards. Dark mode saves power
  • Oww my gosh

This is so cool to get you active and much more
