  • Used to work on my iPhone SE ...

... but no more? Update? Not quite.
  • Makes indoor training bearable

Prefer to ride outside but the British weather says no. Recently got a wahoo elemnt came with a speed sensor so with my turbo trainer in place and I pad works a treat easy to set up too. Will see how it goes will use through the winter as it’s 12 quid a month and get rid when the weather improves.
  • Great concept, decent app

UX on iPhone 6 isn’t great, information are displayed in a font that is too small, so hard to read. App tend to crash quite a bit when launching, and it struggles quite a lot to connect to the Apple Watch to measure heart rate. App developers should focus a little less on 3D animations and a bit more on basic usability.
  • First price increases now app crashes all the time

I was using Zwift for a few months ok but recently the App has been crashing around 50% of the time. When you are paying a monthly subscription this is not good enough. I do not know how you can propose a price increase whilst your offering drops. You need to fix the servers. I would avoid at present until issues are fixed.
  • Makes indoor cycling enjoyable!

I hated my turbo trainer and used it only now and then until I discovered Zwift. If you are time crunched, recovering from injury or hiding from bad weather, it’s just the thing ;)
  • Hard to work

    By ewalicious
The app would be good if the rider actually would ride! The concept of it is really good, you do have to pay for it though. I won’t be because it doesn’t work for me. For those that it does work for like it.
  • Frustrated

Brought a new trainer and downloaded this app, set up all sensors correctly but avatar will not move - 3 hrs now
  • Not there yet

Great concept and it will eventually work brilliantly. At the moment the seven day trial doesn’t work. You ride 25km on your first attempt and when you try to do another ride the app simply doesn’t allow it. Very frustrating. When you contact the customer support they do reply quickly but have never quite grasped my issue. Again quite frustrating. When you are being asked to pay as much as you do per month you definitely expect a better quality app and service. Similar concepts on play station games, where you join an online platform sees consumers pay a one off game fee without ongoing subscription so I’m a little unclear why the cost is so high per month? I presume they need the cash to develop the platform further. Ultimately it’s going to be incredible and I will get involved - I might even be prepared to pay the fee each month despite no agreeing with the cost - it is that good! However when you see all the issues that they have had, my recent issues too then I will leave it a while until it’s completely fixed.
  • A Great training tool!

I don’t really write reviews for apps very often but I felt i had to for this. Ive been using Zwift on my main mac for a while now and works great. This is the first time I’ve used this app on my IPad and again it was great! Couldn’t fault it for the first time use but i will rewrite a review after a couple of months. The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars...have had constant problems with the mobile link app and have been in touch with Zwift numerous times and now I can’t login whatsoever. So a little disappointed. Would still recommend and have been at my Cycling Club!
