Description

Track sleep with your Apple Watch automatically. No buttons to press. Just wear your Watch to bed and wake to insightful sleep analysis and personalized feedback. Automatically log your data. Follow your sleep trends with powerful charting tools. Don't have an Apple Watch? Sleep Watch can be used without a Watch by logging your sleep manually. HOW IT WORKS ---------------- 1. Wear your Apple Watch to bed (do not enable Power Reserve) 2. Upon waking, check the Watch or iPhone app to see your auto-detected sleep details; that's it! 3. Opt to confirm or adjust your auto-detected sleep times in the iPhone app to help us build you a smarter sleep detection algorithm We recommend scheduling 'Do Not Disturb' to turn on automatically during your typical sleeping hours to prevent any Watch notifications from disturbing your sleep. This can be done in the iPhone Watch App > My Watch > General > 'Do Not Disturb' section. We also recommend enabling 'Theatre Mode' while asleep to keep your Watch screen dark until waking. FEATURES ----------- • Auto Sleep: Automatically log your estimated total sleep time, total restful sleep time, avg. sleeping heart rate, sleeping heart rate dip, sleep rhythm, and sleep activity levels for each day by simply wearing your Apple Watch to bed • Discover: Take control of your sleep habits with AI-powered, personalized insights. Every body is unique. Using artificial intelligence, Discover uncovers the lifestyle choices you make that appear to help you achieve a better night's rest. The more data you track with Sleep Watch, the more you can Discover. • Sleeping Heart Rate Dip Tracking: Studies among particular populations suggest that the more heart rate slows—or "dips"—during sleep compared to waking may be better for both overall and cardiovascular health in years to come. Get motivated to build a healthier lifestyle and start tracking your sleeping heart rate dip today. • Sleep Rhythm Tracking: track an estimate of how consistently you sleep at the same time each day • Sleep Charge Tracking: a fun new way to help you track and recover from recently missed sleep • Easy Editing: Manually adjust your detected sleep times to your desired accuracy • Daily Sleep Goal: See daily progress towards your custom sleep goal • Daily Briefings: Effortlessly get daily notifications about how you slept • Powerful Trending: Track daily, weekly, or monthly changes in sleep stats • Auto sync sleep data to Health app • Share each day's sleep • Create an account and access your data cross-devices • See last night's sleep details on your Watch • Watch Complications MONITOR YOUR SLEEP ----------------------- Getting adequate and quality sleep is part of a healthy lifestyle that may help us: • Improve mood • Reach weight loss goals • Battle stress • Improve exercise performance and recovery • Elevate daytime energy levels • Learn and retain new knowledge better • Improve workplace productivity • Boost immune system strength • Build better cardiovascular and brain health TECH DETAILS ---------------- • Leveraging the state-of-the-art motion and pulse sensors in your Apple Watch, our algorithm estimates when you are asleep by analyzing changes in your activity and heart rate • Sleep Watch looks for sleep between 7pm and 11:30am that totals at least 1 hour • Sleep briefings are sent after 6am at least 30min after detected wake-up times • Sleep Watch works by integrating with Apple Health CAUTION - IMPORTANT SAFETY & USE INFO -------------------------------------------- • Do not rely on Sleep Watch for medical advice or diagnosis. • Best for Apple Watch

Great app, the best I’ve seen for the Apple Watch so far. However, it doesn’t even come close to FitBit’s sleep tracker. I’m a bit disappointed that these apps and the Apple Watch itself doesn’t come close to the details or accuracy of the FitBit sleep tracker.
  • Useless sleep tracker!

This sleep tracker is not working. I do not recommend buying it, I used to have a much cheaper smart watch, where the sleep tracker came as standard app, measured the time when went to sleep and I woke up, this one on the other hand counts the sleeping hours, from the time you slow down in the evening! I went to sleep at 2am last night, I was driving home from midnight, still was counted as my sleeping hour. Unfortunately I can’t add photo in here, would be interesting to see!
  • Good but no alarm

Liking this app so far. It’s easy to use and the information is well explained. No faffing about needed to start it each night, so better than some of the others I’ve tried. It would be great if it could include one of those intelligent alarms that use your sleep data to wake you at a point when you’re sleeping lightly within the set range of your alert time.
  • Flaky and watch app won’t run!

Worked for two days but didn’t detect sleep very well. Now says I have no internet connection when I clearly do so it’s stopped working again. Installed Watch app but that just sits there with spinning dots and won’t run. Waste of money imho.

I have sleep apnea So thought this would be useful. I have now had to reset my watch 5 times in 6 weeks. Watch works for activity and everything else. Good when the App works but up to now doesn’t work more than it does. Please fix it.

When being asked the questions, such as why you have had a bad sleep the app forces itself to close
  • Not working since latest update

I’ve been using this app for about a month and I thought it was fantastic, until I updated the app to it’s latest software two days ago. Since then, the app won’t load, it simply tells me that I have no internet connection. I do, hence this review. I’ve sent emails to the support team but have heard nothing back. If this isn’t fixed soon I’m going to be very annoyed - not what I expect from a £2.99 app!!
  • I like it

I use it every night. I have one problem in that I am unable to tell you what I think - why - when I clicked on it - it says you don’t have my email address and to go and add it. But it’s there. Please sort it out for me. The other thing I would like - when I get asked why I didn’t have a good night - I don’t have an option with a box to say why? I know why but it’s none of the choices. So it doesn’t help me. Can we just have a box to write in a few words please
  • Much improved!

Previously this app was awful & didn’t work very well but with the updates it has turned into a must have app and works great. Using the all day sleep feature, it even recognises my day time naps. Just wish we could set our own sleep hours. HINT. I used to use Pillow with this app but it’s so good now I don’t use it.
  • Apple Watch Syncing Issue

I must say, I enjoy the app for the most part. Although, I have recently upgraded my Apple Watch and since I have done so the app is unable to pick up the new watch. It keeps saying ‘setup required, complete setup on iPhone to continue’. My iPhone is fully set up and there is no setting in the iPhone app to reconnect/reset/sync/setup the Apple Watch. I’ve tried deleting the app, uninstalling from the watch reinstalling and on the iPhone itself. Nothing has worked 👎🏼
