In app purchase gouging on new update. They sold high tier orc units for £10 and £20 at Christmas marketing them as top quality end game orcs and well worth the buy. Then 2 months later they change the game to make all this useless in endgame and have to start from scratch with no reimbursement. They also removed gems from peoples account after they made glaring mistakes in their weekly events since they do not beta test anything they release and just take content from your account if they feel like it. Avoid this game at all costs in its current state
  • Not worth it...

Limited gameplay, battle scenarios are repetitive and tedious. Obvious money grabs are excessive even for this platform. I wouldn't bother...
  • Expensive...

I’ve been playing for 3 weeks now, have spent £15 and can see that this is only the tip of the iceberg. The game is great, runs smoothly but progress is very slow, even with spending money on extra energy/ mirian. Can see that this would take potentially years to reach top levels without spending significant amounts of cash. In my view phone games are simply not worth the money developers feel is appropriate to charge and this is just the latest in that current trend...
  • Too focused on customers spending money to progress

Could be a really good game but you need to spend money from the start. Can do the first level but then you have to spend money or you just keep dying on the second level.
  • Joke

You guys are obviously messing with us Every single time I used the gems to buy something I got the minimum stuff you can possibly get. I’ll give you two stars now, but you’re still greedy
  • Fun game

Fun game to spend some time but a bit repetitive and don’t get lured into spending money!
  • Great start...

Despite an early rant about in-app purchases, I have persevered. I have managed to avoid spending anything thus far. The game itself is great with fellowships and now co-op mode. I have really got into being part of Middle Earth.
  • pay to win

could be a far better game if the rewards were fairer , and you didn't have to spend so much money
  • Definition of pay to play

It’s a good game e but expect to pour stupid amounts of money into it to get ahead in the game, the in game currency is non existence, what little silver you make from grinding campaign missions it’s ALL gone soon as you upgrade just one heroes skill, you will end up spending gems to buy silver every week, the exp u get so little exp in missions for your character that the only way to level them is exp items and you never have enough. It’s always a catch up, currently lvl 71, I have poured money into the game, even then, my 4 main characters are same as my play level and no other character is sufficiently levelled to even be viable to use in mission.
  • Good but tutorial need improving

I like the game but the tutorial felt too short maybe have a few minions then boss to attack by yourself without the game telling you
