  • Ruins result of previous games

    By SebWells
Immediately shows you a banner of upcoming games ruining watching unseen games as you know who won. Form over function. Fix it!
  • Still No iPhone X support

    By Travdog
Why is there still no iPhone X support??? All you can view on my new phone is older iPhone size screen, it’s ridiculous that you guys haven’t updated with a full screen
  • Much improved since start of season

Update: I felt I needed to add this as things have improved. We're now back to what we had last year with no adverts and they even gave us a 20% refund. I don't watch much live but the app seems stable for replays. An example of a company (finally) listening and acting appropriately. Thank you. Previous review: Never written a review before, but I'm so insensed by the changes I had to write this. I rarely watch games live; last year there were two options to watch a game afterwards: condensed and full game. The full game showed the whole game, but all adverts and half time were edited completely out. This reduced the length of the show by nearly an hour and meant watching was great. This year however, there is no editing. TNF and SNF have a holding screen for the duration of any adverts (2 mins) whilst we're told others will just include all the American adverts. On the iOS app, you can fast forward in 6 sec bursts. Horrendous. If you Chromecast, you can't fast forward at all! (Coming soon, allegedly.) Totally ruins the viewing experience. Disgraceful to charge so much for an inferior offering to last year.
  • Pathetic

I will only add my agreement to all the negative comments on this app. The last few years the Game Pass experience was outstanding. It is now unspeakably bad.
  • There should be a full refund for this shocking service

    By ChumpyTodz
When you try to resolve the numerous problems with this app (I am currently unable to watch *anything* on my iPad!) by filling in the contact form there is always an unexpected error and you must try again later. Please NFL, get rid of these guys for 2018!
  • Terrible

    By Allan.summers
When i subscribed to NFL Game Pass last year I loved it. Now this app has been released, and i find it really hard to use with VoiceOver. The old version from last season worked perfectly with VoiceOver, so can you make it more like that.
  • Works fine

Worth the download especially if your out and about
  • Major muppet

Unreliable in every way! Customer service promised a refund of 20% in October which still didn’t deliver. Intermittent cut out during every game. Use a reliable option next season.
  • Piss poor

Had this for 3 years now been getting steadily worse finally decided to quit this year, unstable, unreliable , some games blacked out in uk because they are on sky. Don’t buy it !
  • Terrible

I used the old Game Pass for a couple of years and it has been great. This new version is utterly appalling. It’s slow, unresponsive and a complete shambles. Recently they provided a new version with one of the fixes listed as ‘Scores for Live games’. Well, it still doesn’t work in the app at all. This is a shocking regression from last years application. Simply shocking.
