    This is a cheeky joke. This application contains of 12 - 12/13 minutes workouts. Each workout consist of very basic exercises e.g rises arms rotation, upper body rotation, push up - presented by men / women. The presentations is accompanied by soundtrack but there is not oral indication when to start or stop exercise. There is also no additional information how correctly perform exercises. Never-less the real issues are for workouts itself being build from super basic exercises, with complete lack of dynamic and badly composed. You won't get anywhere with those exercises. Not worth a minimal memory capacity of your smart phone, not mentioning money.
