  • Image file don’t open/load after 5years

    I loved this app, had it for many years since Sony was Sony Ericsson. I got the app when I bought my Sony Ericsson Arc... since then I moved to IOS happy that I could still access all my images and videos. For the past 6months I haven’t been able to view images store from 5years ago and older on any device I use except pc or Mac. This app now is useless... limitations on file size upload then have to pay more money to lift that restriction. I might as well pay apple for more icloud space and never have to stress about image/video files not being able to load even after downloading them. I will not be waiting for a fix...
  • Logs you out despite ‘keep logged in’ setting

    Yet again they have broken the sign on - despite setting to ‘keep logged in‘ it logs you out. VERY VERY annoying when you use 2 factor authentication. Yet again a symptom of rushing out a poorly tested and developed application release. I get similar unwanted log-out problems with windows 7 client.
  • Update won’t download

    Latest App Store update will not instal. It’s been draining my battery 3% each day. Please fix this and I will revert to 5 stars!
  • Amazing product

    No problems using the products and also it stores files quite well and supports files on IOS 11. This product is not the best as I prefer iCloud because you can backup your device and I prefer one drive because it is easier but it is very expensive for more storage Box is the cheapest so go ahead and download it for free
  • Good App but problems with offline

    Since last iOS 10 update I’ve had problems with using the offline mode, iOS11 and Box update hasn't helped. If this doesn’t get sorted I’ll have to think of alternatives... shame as it's an excellent App!
  • Offline?

    I want to use the offline mode for about 5 GB of data, but it seems to loose the downloaded files after a while and to want to do a complete download each time instead of just changes. Useless.

    Since the download of the new iOS 11.2 Box will note update no matter how many times l try. Come on guys catch up please. Sorted! With the new ios11.3
  • Constantly being logged out

    Since updating to iOS 11 I am being logged out of the app more or less each time I use it. The app will launch, I will try to access a file and then it dumps me out to the log in screen where I have to enter my username and password again. Please, this is getting frustrating!!

    Since the patch for iOS 11.0.1, Box spontaneously logs me out and requires a new login every time it is opened. Can this matter be resolved? Thank you.
  • No longer works on iOS 11

    I logged into the mobile site on my iPad after being unable to use the latest app. Couldn’t find a help section so went to full site to try and it opened the app again but couldn’t log in. Deleted the app got to full site changed password. Downloaded app, same result! HELLLPPPP!
