FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS - Define your clients, projects or categories - Add timed or fixed length entries - Create custom fields to track additional info (hourly rates, expenses, notes, miles, etc.) - Export csv reports for use with Excel or Numbers - Create favorites for repeating entries - Apply sophisticated rounding options - Sync everything with iCloud In-App Modules - Position based tracking: automatically start the timer when you arrive at work - Export data to your calendar - Create automatic backups and export reports to dropbox - Enter your target time and keep track of your time balance WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY "WorkLog makes tracking time on your iPhone a cinch. WorkLog is really the kind of iPhone app that it’s worthwhile to pony up the ducats for." - Jeffery Battersby, Macworld (4 out of 5 mice for version 2) "If you want to get a firm grasp on all aspects of your day to day working life, this is an ideal app to acquire right away. - Amanda Fox, Smokin Apps (gold batch award) "I believe I wasted 46$ looking for an app to do what this does. Every other app seemed to want to balance my check book, keep GPS locations and a horde of other useless data. WorkLog seemed to be direct and to the point – recorded all the information I needed without bogging me down with added junk." - A Customer PRODUCT DESCRIPTION WorkLog is a powerful and easy to use time tracking tool. Designed for freelancers, engineers, lawyers, tradesmen, consultants and employees - WorkLog will fit your needs like a glove, because it lets you keep track of everything you want. No more, no less. Simple. WorkLog gets out of your way. With its clean and easy to use interface it lets you fully concentrate on your everyday business. Less "paperwork" means more productivity. That's why logging time with WorkLog can be as simple as pressing Start when you start a task and pressing Stop when you're done. Of course you can also add your entries manually if you prefer. Efficient. WorkLog lets you assign a category, client or project to each entry you make. Need a per-client report every two weeks? No problem. Switch to Reports, choose a period and select your client. That's it. You can send your reports by e-mail or download them over WiFi and open them in Excel and other programs. Flexible. WorkLog lets you define custom fields for each category, client or project. Define a field where you can select your hourly rates and WorkLog will report how much you've made. Or you could define fields to track your expenses or your activities within a project. Whatever you want. A comprehensive set of options allows you to adjust the time logging behavior of WorkLog. Your work week starts on tuesday? You need entries to be rounded to multiples of 15 minutes? WorkLog can handle that too.

Was great until iOS 8. Now useless. For whatever reason no progress since then.
  • Great app before it broke

It was a great app before the 8.03 update. Now it's dead - cannot open or recover my data. If not for the backup emailed to myself every week would be an even bigger disaster. Switched to TimeMaster.
  • Hasn’t worked since iOS 8.3

This app crashes on open with latest iOS. No set time-frame for the fix. Steer well clear of this. If you use this app, you can find a hack to reclaim your data at: bit dot ly slash 1FmG4gp
  • Steer clear... When will it break again... Next iOS update?

Rubbish Customer Support! bought this app a while ago, now does not work and they cannot fix, when you produce these kind of apps that customers rely on recording earnings ect, then tell app paying customers who will loose hundreds £'s due to their failed app it "will take some weeks"! Not good in this day and age, should have done you research like all the other working apps.

A great bit of kit that is easy to use. I've been using it for a year or so now and would recommend it. The only problem I have is that it has stopped opening on my iPhone (using ios 5.1.1). If it worked on the phone and synced with the iPad entries, I would be very happy with it.
  • Very disappointing :-(

I hate to give things a negative review but I'm afraid I'm so frustrated with this app I'm going to. I use this app for monitoring hours for my business so it's important to me that I have a reliable system. I decided to give this a try for the second time after it had wiped all the notes and information from my entries. This time it was working well until the latest update which wiped all of my data, I had done a back up about a 6 weeks ago but unable to retrieve that from laptop now as that's bit the dust now.. Now the new app doesn't appear to work at all, entries not appearing, can't stop the timer. I have now purchased a new app and will not be using this again I'm afraid. A message to who ever it is that releases these updates I wish they were properly checked for bugs etc as it is a big problem for any business to lose all there data. A real shame because it was a good tool..

Thank you, the update today has crashed the app and I've lost all my data.
  • Simply essential and gloriously simple

As a freelancer with mixed charge out and fixed rates I needed something to help me review them all. This brilliant tool has enabled me to see which clients are getting 'mates rates' by dint of being long-standing and me being a softie! I'd love it if I could import the time spent on a phone call directly from the iPhone call log to the app, but it isn't difficult to do that manually. Just a wish list item developers ;)

Does what it says on tin. Simple and pretty intuitive .could benefit from some template client lists for unification of groups activities, so collation is made easier.
  • Does what it says on the tin!
