  • Fantastic app for managing customers

    By Ryang80
I use this app everyday for work, easily switching between iPhone, iPad and Mac - in order to keep a track of all my customer notes, especially when out on the road. Highly recommend.
  • Awful app

    By Applejack747
The is an almost duplicate of apple contacts. The app seems to arbitrarily ignore some contacts and I can’t figure why. You enter the details in apple contacts and groups and the information is then passed to this app. It has a couple of fields that seems to occasionally wipe the info entered. I don’t care so much about the cost, I need something to help plan, rate, remind for follow up all of the ever changing data in my contact system. This is not it.
  • What an app

Wow this is just a great app suits me to the ground Shame one purchase don’t cover both iPhone and iPad.
  • Great app

Great app, but they need to make it easier to add a contact. Should just be able to do that from within the app.
  • Impressive

If they keep improving this app, it may be one of the best I have. Otherwise, it’s very useful for me in the construction industry
  • Fantastic app! Makes my job so much easier

Makes planning my days easier and quicker giving me more time to see customers.
  • Amazing Support

    By KMcK.
I've found the App very useful. I was pleasantly surprised by their support. I had a question about how to do something, the email response was fast, friendly and informative. Unfortunately for them I kept asking questions - again, all fast, very friendly and information - and not in the least making me feel stupid for not exploring the App or doing online research to find answers. Really refreshing.
  • Constant user

Use app every day to keep running log on regular clients so I know date and what was done the cloud sync is fabulous as my wife at her desk knows what & when whilst talking to clients on the phone so good I am loading several hundred clients from a previous app that I've had problems with Thanks
  • Much better than force manager

    By LittleMissFitness
Having used force manager for 6 months and although decent, it doesn't work well with emails like this does. The call logger, map feature and especially user fields are great. I was £23 a month and got very little support with FM however I emailed C journal with a question and got an answer right away. Just one drawback would be the ability to import contacts from excellent more easily.
  • Brilliant app

I would like the 'logs' list to display all the text in each entry however, rather than have to click into it to see all the text. Either that, or there needs to be something on the list that makes it obvious there is more text to read, as I read an entry from my logs list, not realising it had additional text that was cut off.
