  • Missing issues!

This used to be ok, but now, purchased magazines-digital, have disappeared, and no one seems to know where they are and don’t inderstand!
  • Awful app

    By OfficerGibbleUK
Why did you change the old app ? New app is without doubt the worst of the new apps I have. There was no need to update old one. Best content, shame it's worst app I have ever had to use!
  • New app just horrendous

    By StevePratt73
Since this app was updated in late September I haven't been able to get it working. App is slow to respond and it's difficult to scroll though issues to get to a back issue. When you do get in and go back to the issues screen it goes back to the most recent issue and you can't scroll through again. The app also shuts down without warning. I've checked that the system I'm using is still supported and do uninstall/ reinstall as suggested by help desk with no improvement. As I subscribed through iTunes si now telling me to take it up with apple. Not a good user experience in or out of the app!
  • Top notch app!!

This is a great app if you are into the American sports . It beats having loads of magazines stacked up in my loft .
  • As good as having the paper copy in your hands.

    By Claymore91
My sports are American football and golf, but I usually end up reading SI from cover to cover because of the quality of the writing. Living in Scotland it's not easy to get copies of SI, but this app has changed all that. Lang may it's lum reek!
  • Makes Reading Magazines on the iPad Fun

    By thedoublebarrel
I think this is the best app on Newstand. It works very well, is incredibly interactive and makes reading magazines fun and interesting. I especially like the digital exclusives.
  • Disappointment

I've been buying the mag for 20 years. Its great but the app doesnt work. 2 editions into an annual sub and it doesnt download. Who's got time for this stuff?
  • Issue not delivered

    By Harley2507
I purchased a month just to make sure the magazine would actually be delivered and after receiving my first three issues with no problem the fourth issue never arrived. Living in the UK I do not have a print subscription so when I phoned customer service they refused to help and would only provide a web address which was bogus. There appears to be no recourse for those of us outside the US and I am out an issue. It may not matter in the grand scheme but they have lost my business. Buyer be very aware.
  • Finally!!

    By Alex Murgatroyd
As a big fan of American Sports I've waited years for a decent cost-effective way to get Sports Illustrated in the UK and finally I have it. Never subscribed to the print edition due to the extortionate cost and the fact that the issues arrive over here about 3 weeks after their release. Now that they've updated the app and added it to Newsstand I have got a years subscription to the iPad edition for just £27.49, absolutely loving it!!
  • Great magazine, terrible app

    By Idic01
No iPad 3 support, no screen rotation support (landscape just crops the pages), no zoom support. Ease of buying back issues is a big plus, but only if you're willing to put up with the above. I'm not. The magazine is great but right now the paper version is still better than the app. Let's hope SI improve things soon for iPad readers.
