I use this app for the Banzai magazine. I renewed my subscription after having a year off with some difficulties, this was soon resolved by John in their customer support. Great app and team. Thank you,

I’ve had this app for years and I’m so pleased about the latest update - it’s reliable and quick, does exactly what it says on the tin

I have not been delivered the deal I signed up for. New issues of my chosen magazine have stopped downloading and no back issues are available, despite that being part of the deal.
  • Great for on-the-go reading!

Works exactly as you’d expect - perfect for my morning commute. Glad to see that iPhone X styling has already been added.

I’ve had nothing but hassle with this app, you’re better off downloading the individual apps for each magazine. Customer support is appalling: the PocketMags website and app keep rejecting my password - which I know is entered correctly - so I can’t access any of the 8 magazines I subscribe to. 48 hours on from reporting it, not a dicky bird out of them. My advice is subscribe to the magazines you want separately through the Apple Store and avoid PocketMags like the plague: substandard app, customer support non-existent.

After I had already purchased an annual subscription to a digital version of a sporting matchday programme, I found out which app I needed to use and subsequently read some of the reviews with a sinking heart. I must say that everything has worked very well and the app is easy to use. Easy to download new editions, easy to scroll through the pages, easy to zoom in on the images. Not sure whether this is the same for all subscriptions / titles, but credit where it is due from my experience. October 2017.
  • Space hogger, hard to delete content

It uses a lot of space on your device and working out how to delete old content is tough. The interface is slow and page reading unenjoyable. Print wins.
  • Keeps Crashing

I had to delete Pockmags Doctor Who Magazine because it kept crashing. This is hardly any better. If it could be fixed it would be a great app but it's been a year now & its as bad as ever.
