  • Well designed and effective

Love the variety of ways to learn and revise, especially the pronunciation practice with microphone. Well worth buying.
  • Very good.

Already learning well using this app. Very impressed.
  • Best language app

This is a great way to start learning a language with no prior experience - and the most intuitive one I've found available as an app. It would be improved, however, with the ability to be able to review specific areas (or even replay sounds and conversations) - at the moment, the review function is too structured and means starting again in many cases. Of course, with language courses there is no "silver bullet", despite what some claim - but used in conjunction with another good course (such as Michel Thomas or Pimaleur) Babbel provides a very good understanding of a new language, and great grounding for further study.
  • The best language learning app I've ever used!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this app. I am a very enthusiastic language learner with a degree in German and Language Acquisition and everything the courses teach is highly effective in language learning as it gradually increases in difficulty and uses realistic vocabulary in the conversation modules. Definitely worth spending £8.99 a month, or the 3month subscription which is way better value for money. :)
  • Don't get it, fake!

It is a fake app! Not working! After you pay for it, you can see you still not get any course!
  • Tried many. Babbel is the best by far.

I've tried many language learning apps, audio books, and software - including the expensive Rosetta Stone software (which is not bad to be fair). I find Babbel by far the best. It is very well structured and designed. It let's you easily track progress (very important for me). My kids even like using it. Yes, you have to pay. But do you really think a good language learning app can be free? I think there is a lot of hard work that has gone into this app (I can only speak for the Polish course), and so for what you get, I think it is good value for money.
  • Brilliant app

  • Great App

I am really enjoying this app. Polish is a difficult language to learn but this app makes it all so much easier. It gives you all different ways of learning. I am finding that I learn best when I write things down. The speech recognition isn't the best but nothing's perfect. Also sometimes it says you have spelt something wrong because you didn't start it with a capital. I would definitely recommend it to all.
  • Bad

Although it is good at teaching the payments are rubbish because for the 1 year one it says £3:75 per month and £44:99 per year but when you go to pay for it is doesn't give a option on wether to pay fully in one go or to pay it monthly it is just pay in one go which is rubbish because you are genuinely just doing that to get more money and to get people to buy the £7:00 a month one giving you more money so until you sort your little scam out I will be using other apps and sites to learn my languages (you doing this has just lost you £44:99 from me. Well done👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽)
