    Has everything a app like this would need and is ok with everything. Even when your not meditating the overall face and how the app looks keeps you calm. They also make sure you're not a head of yourself for example you will need to have 1500minutes of meditation before you can watch a video. And they also don't ask for you to pay to unlock better features, instead you have to follow Which is a much better choice since not only does it promote the app and let more people know about it but it's also free. Exactly what I wanted. Makes me proud!

    I was on Summer holiday in France in the sun by a pool at the end of term. I should have been relaxed but my stomach was in knots and I couldn’t sleep. One night, at about 4AM, I was looking on my Kindle and discovered the Headspace book. Andy’s words seemed to describe what was going on and made sense so I downloaded the app and it has made a huge difference to my life. This was years ago and Headspace has really saved my brain
