Got a great idea for a movie? This innovative app will take you from a nub of an idea to a finalised script, professionally formatted and ready for printing. And if you're new to screenwriting there's a complete set of step-by-step guides to teach you all the tips and tricks of professional writers. QUICK The flexible approach to screenwriting allows you to create a scene by scene movie outline in minutes. You can easily re-arrange scenes, add and remove characters from scenes, and when you're ready just tap on a scene to start writing dialogue. Writing dialogue is also a breeze. Just tap on one of your movie characters, enter what they say and do, and the line is correctly formatted for you. The flexible approach also means you can re-order the dialogue at ease. PICTORIAL Each scene is represented by an image of your choosing and is displayed in order with thumbnail images of the characters in each scene so you can see at a glance the flow of your movie. SMART The app will keep you updated with the information you need such as the total duration, number of lines in each scene, number of scenes and of characters. FEATURES - Export options - Automatic script formatting - Unlimited number of movies - 10,000 word guide to screenwriting

  • It has potential

Some of the guides to script writing will not open and the app sometimes freezes. This would be more understandable if the app was free but it is not. I expect more for the money I paid!

This app is good, no doubt. However, to the tail end of my script, it starts crashing. It doesn't even open anymore. Please sort this out. I badly need my script! I'm using iOS 8.1.3. Please!
  • Very good update

    By Robbie Dingo
Really solid update, this is now a great App. One small point, if I want to remove a scene, I'm left with a gap in the scene-numbering and I can't seem to find a way to resolve this (wouldn't it be better for the app to auto re-number the later scenes when you remove one?) Edit| Found out that you can get the app to renumber the scenes by moving the order, then reverting, but still would be better if this happened at the point you removed a scene. Also - The Final Draft screen does not update when you change the location image. Anyway great work!
  • Could be good, but currently unusable

    By Patrick208
Totally agree with Robbie Dingo. In addition, on my system (ipad3 running iOS 6.0.1) when you try and edit in scene mode the lines randomly reorder themselves, making the app unusable. This should not have been released like this. Developer, Please sort this out. Thanks
