  • Great mag but app still buggy

    The mag is - and always will be excellent - but since the app 'had' to be updated there's been problems. Sometimes only current issue will be visible. Other times they'll all be there. Sometimes refreshing works, sometimes not... SUCH A GREAT MAGAZINE. Shame the app still needs sorting...
  • Happy again

    All issues are now fixed and I can now access the issues from 2016-2017 I've paid for. Back issues are being added at a decent rate as promised. A magazine that has always been five-star now has a five-star app again.
  • Poor customer care

    Was looking forward to catching up and reading many back issues over the festive period but the faulty update meant only the latest issue was available and all other issues disappeared from my library. On requesting a resolution from SOS was just informed that was how it was and I'd have to wait until a further update in the new year. Issue still not resolved and considering now not renewing my subscription to a publication I've followed for decades.

    This app was great but the after the update I have lost all previous purchases going back a number of years, unacceptable! I hope they check their ,ices better than they check their app!

    New update has deleted all my downloaded mags and gives network error when I try to restore purchases. Using iPad Air 2 with iOS 10.

    I have lost all my previous issues except for the latest - but even then it keeps saying network error - I will not be subscribing again - it's a very good magazine but a terrible app
  • Where are all my issues???

    This was a brilliant app up till a few days ago when it was updated. I've lost all of my issues from the app, even a freebie "Logic" review from a couple of years ago. Needs fixing, normally a five star app without hesitation.
  • Update scrubbed my subscription

    All was good until the update. Now I have lost my year's subscription apart from the latest edition. The help links will only launch the Apple mail client, which I do not use so I can't get support. The restore purchases option does not work. Very disappointed that I'm currently out of the UK and can't read the magazine. Very poorly tested app (if at all).

  • SOS does not work on ios8

    Don't purchase this mag if you have IOS8, it does not work. I need a refund, but have no idea how to get one as both SOS & Apple will not take responsibility, just don't buy it.
