    Ever since I upgraded this and elle deco I don’t see any new issues on my newsstand. I cancelled the app then reopened it and still nothing. Also the upgrade has been really bad, everything is worse. Aweful service which I won’t be buying again.

    I have and have paid for the app but can’t download the magazine. Conde Nast blame apple which is a terrible piece of customer service.
  • Why the delay versus the Print edition

    Waiting for the Jan 2018 edition that’s been in the shops for a few days, (and ironically is also the one used for the preview in the App Store) but in the app it’s still just the December issue...
  • Terrible upgrade

    We are now in September and it's disappointing the owners have done nothing to listen to feedback on their magazine posted in May. Old version was much better It's impossible to see a whole page at a time on this latest version. Do not buy this until they fix it so you can see a whole page portrait or two page spread landscape. This is truly awful.

    Despite being a print subscriber for many years my subscription number and name are not recognised by this app. I have contacted Conde Nast several times, with no positive outcome and have just lost the will to live.
  • This is rubbish

    What a pain this app is. It frequently requires me to sign in, unless I download a new version of the app I cannot get the latest month, it takes ages to download and instead of remembering where I am in the magazine, it takes me back to the cover each time. Other magazines can do. What's wrong with these people?
  • Awful new app

    Lost all downloaded publications and bookmarks. New 'scrapbook' function doesn't work and it constantly reverts to the cover. All-in-all disappointing.

    My paper magazine comes ages before the digital version is out. No good reason for this. Not clear what day digital version is available. Annoying and frustrating.
