What our users say: - "MyLifeOrganized is the only task management app I have found really up to the task. (Get it?) It understands the concept of Next Actions, hiding non-next actions in a to-do overview if so desired. It also understands the difference between Parallel and Sequential subtasks, which is crucial for Next Actions to actually work. Also equipped with a Review view, MLO allows for true GTD task management, with many, many additional options for customisation.", — Hans Cronau - "I don’t like the productivity apps which take a lot of my time and are too finicky to setup and/or glance at quickly. On the other hand I also don’t like the boring, minimalistic and simple list type of planners. This one is great! I don’t know what it is but there is something in this app that really works for me.", — Dandg

  • Best GTD Implementation I’ve Used

I’ve dipped in and out of GTD for some time, usually switching between Todoist, Trello or OneNote to manage my tasks, and never finding a comfortable routine in any - MLO however is fantastic, and excellent for GTD the desktop app is superb and the mobile app is a good representation rather than being feature stripped which is brilliant. I’d have loved to be able to try out CloudSync for maybe 7 days to just test how responsive it is, but the WiFi sync works well although does involve changing the IP address to sync from when I move networks between work/home which isn’t the most user friendly experience (maybe this could be done with MAC address or something more agnostic to DHCP changes?) The pricing model is quite steep compared to the competition which probably looses them a lot of business - I’d prefer to pay a monthly subscription and get lifetime updates rather than pay for mobile, desktop and cloud separately even if mobiles were included in the 5 device limit of the desktop licence (I have 3 mobiles, 2 laptops and a desktop!)

A little update..... Wow ! This is the single most comprehensive ios app I have had the fortune to come across....seriously.....I am regular user of gtd and a fan of Omnifocus. But in comparison OF seems almost primitive ... starting to see the depth and thought put into mlo.....thanks to the dev for a wonderful and useful app. Early days but so far I am impressed, as I am a gtd fan this is just great - very well though out app and contains many options to get it the way I want it. Only one thing I am not a fan of the subscription syncing, but I feel it is worth it for a very mature multi platform system thanks

I have been consigned recently to work in a corporate windows environment. I searched high and low for a replacement to omnifocus and I came across MLO. it looks ugly that's for sure but it does the job and I am hoping for a overhaul of the gui in the future.

I haven't found anything that I couldn't do regarding staying organised with this app
  • Very expensive

I bought the pro edition for windows and was thrilled to see I could sync to the iOS version. However, the pro iOS edition is very expensive when you factor in the cost of the windows version on top. Also, a lot of irritating 'buy pro' pop ups.
  • The most flexible and powerful task outliner

The current version of MLO has features which don't even exist on the desktop version, including a timeline-style view, combining tasks and calendar events. It also has a very powerful search, detailed filters and customisable views, making it very easy to find your way around a big list of tasks. The navigation is a joy to use. Development is active, with new features arriving in free updates. Awarded the full five stars as one of my most-used apps and the most flexible and powerful task manager out there. It's well worth paying for the Pro upgrade and the desktop app. Paid-for upgrades for major versions are extremely rare.

The best cross platform project management software for me to use on my laptop, iPad & iPhone! Great support too, as I complained about a bug and within days it was fixed on a new version. Thank you
  • Can't do without it

The key thing it helps me with is quickly capturing things that I'm asked to do or wander briefly between my ears. I can sort out and prioritise later. On IOS it is great. Less so on PC. Please make a Mac version.
  • Love MLO!

I've tried a number of other task programs and Apps but nothing works as well as MLO. Sub tasking was key for me and it does it brilliantly.
