    Great app can’t recommend it enough, it shapes my body and my mind - giving up is not really an option and with the latest improvements it just got even better!

    I signed up for coach and paid for a 6month subscription. I told the app I work out at home and it kept giving me exercises like 5 x 20m sprint... who has a house big enough to do that??? I also have no way of measuring out how far 20m actually is. Their customer service team informed me that I can turn runs off but did not tell me how to do it.

    Used this a while ago and all was fine. Now I have decided to return to it, and I select it, but it just refuses to open and crashes, sending me to my home page. :( I surely can’t be the only person to suffer this?

    This app is awesome, I have had the best results with it. I think it can be better though.. •seeing your past history to see how far you have come, that would motivate me for sure. •some notifications like banners to remind you to work out if it's been a few days •monthly fitness tests to motivate •AN APPLE WATCH APP WOULD BE LIFE CHANGING! •warm ups and cool down changes depending on exercise you did that day •ability to do the warm up or cool down again or for a exercise that isn’t freelectics This app is still the best app for getting into shape! Well worth the money and easy to use and follow keep up the good work and stay affordable!

    I absolutely love Freeletics and it has completely changed my approach to fitness. However I’m not keen on the new app update at all. Workout screen is unresponsive when trying to move to the next exercise and the new progress bar at the bottom of the screen is far too small to see how you are doing vs LT/PB. At the very least, please make this bigger!

    FreeLetics is an excellent training app the exercises are varied and challenging and I look forward to each training week. I am still in the early stages of my training but I feel challenged and pushed on every training session. The workouts are enjoyable and easy to follow. The instructional videos for each exercise are also a great help if your unsure on how they should be executed. Great value for money for a 6 month subscription and coupled with a healthier diet this training programme has changed my life!!!! Buy It!!!!!!!!

    As someone not completely out of shape but trying to increase my physical activity level, even the first workouts I got assigned were too hard. There are also some exercises I can't do for health reasons, but there is no way to exclude them from set workouts, and if you're just gonna choose individual exercises you want to do, then you don't need an app for that.
