    Starting a fresh with the health and fitness focus in January, as most of us do. Using this app to get focus and try and fit exercise into my day whenever I can. Tried a few 7MWC apps and this one seems to offer all the features I like - easy interface - sound prompts as well as on screen countdown - the pictures and videos that show the exercise are also very helpful and would help a newbie exercise safely. Good job guys!

  • Great app for those who can't afford the gym

    Living in London I struggle to afford a gym membership that is actually worth the money so have started doing my own work outs at home, this app is great, almost like having a private instructor. I only wish it had a warm up and cool down section as I tend to brush over the stretches and than hurt the next day, I think if I was being timed at each stretch it would force me not to rush and have a routine in place. Over all workout wise I strongly suggest this app.

    Love that I can do a 10-30 min workout with guidance on what exercise I need to be doing. The recorded voice gives me motivation to put in more effort. I feel like someone is urging me on!!

    I started to use this app as one of the ways to get fit and lose some weight before a half marathon in Palma. I started doing it every 1-2 days and found the 7 minute time slot very convenient to fit in before work . I have since stepped up the number of cycles I do to 3 every other day and the results are very obvious after 3 months . I have lost a stone and have the beginnings of abs which is something I never thought I would see as I’m turning 50 this year. I’ve added more exercises to stop it getting routine and have recommended my 70 + year old parents try this .
