Instantly view travel time (by car, transit* and/or walking) to your favourite places. Share your arrival time securely to friends and family. In a tap get driving directions in your favourite maps app. As seen on TechCrunch, MacStories, iMore and AppAdvice! ** ETA is your personal assistant providing you with quick access to travel times, transit and driving directions to all your favourite destinations. Driving times to your locations are conveniently presented on a single screen with an indication of current traffic alongside. In a tap you're delivered pre-routed, turn-by-turn driving directions in your favourite navigation app. Travelling by transit? No problems, ETA has you covered. In addition to driving and walking, ETA offers travel time travelling by public transportation (check to see if this feature is available in your area). ETA is simple to use and provides you with the information you need to navigate your city. It's also a great companion to the navigation apps you've come to love (including Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Transit and CityMapper). ETA is available as an iPhone app, a widget in Today View and on your Apple Watch. To allow ongoing updating of the Complication for Apple Watch, ETA needs to operate in the background on your iPhone. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. # Reviews # “[ETA offers] a simpler, faster and generally less cumbersome experience [than maps apps]” - TechCrunch “The app features a beautifully minimal, elegant design that is top notch.” - AppAdvice “This app may be simple, but it is invaluable for people like me who regularly travel across highly trafficked areas.” - iDownloadBlog “It's simple, but it's a really nice way to just glance at travel times without messing around with a maps app.” - Life Hacker “ETA is an extremely useful app that I will use all the time. It's the kind of thing Apple should build into Maps.” - TUAW "While many map apps can give you estimates for a current route, none of them let you save locations as conveniently as ETA does." - iMore # Countries Supported # To calculate travel time ETA requires Apple Maps support for driving directions in your country. • Could be great

    By OBTim79
Great idea but the widget on my watch does not update without tapping it and waiting for a min. Needs to be a lot faster to be of any use
  • Potentially great

    By Dayloon
Lovely app with nice potential but the Apple Watch complication doesn’t update unless you press on it to load the app. Kinda spoils it for me. Have reinstalled, rebooted, allowed the app constant access to location services on the iPhone, doesn’t help.
  • Not worth paying for...

    By Lady Loves Arsenal
Downloaded it today and not sure why I bothered paying for it to be honest, it doesn’t have my home address in its database! It’s not even a new address anymore, it’s been in existence for 2.5 years... Also charging an additional fee for the calendar? Poor show... I read about th compatibility in the description thinking that was included. Disappointing.
  • Watch app glitch since latest update

    By Capdoc
Watch complication shows 0 mins to alternate destination now; and draining watch battery - please fix! Update: contacted by support and now fixed - great
  • The apps reliability is patchy at best

    By Damien1993
The apps reliability is patchy at best. Now you want to charge for calendar integration? Not cool. Clarity: Apple Watch.
  • Super handy!

    By richcassidy
Does exactly what it says on the tin! I do a fair amount of driving and this just a really handy little app. The UI feels a little cramped on my SE but no big deal. Love it!
  • Great idea, not great on the iWatch.

    By Cashy89
I have not problem with it on the iPhone. It's a winner 👍🏻. Downside is if you want to glance at your phone and see how long it'll take you don't trust that it's updated. Mainly because it hasn't. It's a little buggy and glitchy on the watch too. The ideas are right the performance just isn't there on he watch :(. Notifications if your about to head off from your location would be useful too. I.e if there is a delay. (Especially if you don't have it as the main module)
  • Great App

    By CowsOfOurPlanet
Vastly improved from the earlier versions.
  • Crashes instantly

    By Nicholas.J.West
I paid money for this and it crashes instantly on load. God awful.
  • Not working

    By Ucuvjviggibfgv
App closes after opening. Support site embarrassingly says something went wrong. Tired of rewriting this because nickname is taken. Refund if no fix is available. New install on ios10
