    Moneyhub is great! Now that I use it, I don’t know what I’d do without it? It’s helped me save a ton of money, without costing me a lot of time. The star feature of the app for me is that you can chat with the support team from within the app with minimal effort. The only reason I’ve knocked of one star is that there are occasional bugs connecting to/updating accounts but I’m hopeful that the reliability will improve as the app matures.
  • Won’t open

    When I used it in the past it was great (2 stars instead of 1) but now it just won’t open. There’s a loading screen forever. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No change. Disappointed.

    This is not an app you can use straight off the bat. You need to send them an email first as you need to be invited to use it. No thanks. Deleted.
  • Great, not great!

    I'm torn with this one. Firstly I loved it as it picked up fraudulent activity on my Barclaycard far quicker than I would have done without it, and I was able to contact BC to get card cancelled with limited damage. But secondly the glitches in it are REALLY annoying. I've just woken up AGAIN to a 'problem with your connection, please refresh manually' (nothing on my account has changed between yesterday and today). Last time this happened the connection couldn't be refreshed and I had to cancel the connection and restart from scratch. Took ages to re-classify all my hundreds of transactions for a second time...and I won't go through that again! So if it's another permanent connection problem I'm afraid the app is going in the bin! Without the bugs it's a brilliant app. With the bugs it's a frustrating waste of my time.

    Hi. Features missing that its needs are 1] in the spending analysis it doesn't list all Types of payment so e.g. Credit card payments are not in any category of the summary Also it would be nice if you could split a transaction if it covers two categories like taking cash out or Tesco's where some of it was clothes and some food. You cannot split it
  • Good but not yet great

    Very pleasant user interface and stylish design though code behind it needs more development vs similar smoother running apps out there. For example: This app pulls data from your credit card but will often not know the retailer and will just classify it as a 'stripe' payment. Support team are super responsive and helpful in correcting these but for these glitches either the free-trial period should be at least 3 months or the subscription price lower (as it feels this is still in development phase and several other apps perform similarly or better for this price - e.g. Moneydashboard, Spendee etc). Not sure this is worth the subscription price yet but perhaps one day it will be.

    I am finding that I have to enter my credentials every time I want to log in, the app doesn't save my details or prompt my Touch ID or passcode. I have to repeat the process and enter username and password constantly, which I am finding infuriating. Puts me off using the app.

    Took a little while to see what was what but after a couple of days it is proving to be a fantastic way of seeing all my spending and keeping myself in control. Love the use of iOS features such as TouchID and Notifications. Support interface is perfect. Real people giving knowledgeable advice quickly.
  • No longer works

    I loved this app and it was brilliant for ease of checking my accounts. It is no longer working I try to refresh manually but get a constant error message. I contacted support and was told other people have had this problem and they'd get back in contact with me. No contact, the last time I could use it was 18th April, it is now 6th May. I will look for something else.
  • Very useful App to manage finances

    I used to have to keep a spreadsheet to try and manage all my cards and accounts. I got this App and life has become a lot easier! I can track it from anywhere and having all the information at your fingertips is a great boost! I contacted the team to query something and within a very short time I was given a reply and solution. It's reliable, good value and a must have! Bipin-Surrey UK.
